iCoriolis was founded by four senior technical leaders with complementary expertise across architecture, security, assurance, and delivery with more than 120 years of combined professional experience. The company is headquartered across the UK and EU and is focused initially on the healthcare sector while remaining applicable to other regulated markets.

Anthony Cairns

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Anthony provides strategic leadership and guides the company’s direction and growth. He holds a PhD from the University of Buckingham, with research focused on requirements analysis, and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society.

He brings deep expertise in quality assurance, test management and formal standards, with particular strength in ensuring that complex systems are correctly specified, validated and delivered to a high standard. His work has included standards and certification-related activity with academic and professional institutions, including ISO-aligned frameworks.

He helps ensure that iCoriolis maintains a disciplined, quality-led approach to platform development, with a strong emphasis on requirements clarity, validation and assurance. He also brings a lifelong passion for martial arts and is qualified at a high level, reflecting commitment to discipline, structure and continuous improvement.

David Wray

Chief Operating Officer

David is responsible for operational delivery and for ensuring that technology and business functions remain aligned with the company’s objectives. He also carries responsibility for information systems and technology operations. He brings entrepreneurial experience, having previously founded and led a technology business that secured external investment and delivered solutions in the IPTV and media distribution space.

He has extensive experience working with international partners, including the specification, sourcing and manufacture of bespoke hardware through established relationships with overseas suppliers. This adds practical capability in translating product requirements into scalable, real-world implementation.

Alongside his technology career, David is an accomplished musician and currently performs in a touring production, reflecting discipline, collaboration and the ability to operate at a high level in demanding environments.

Todd Mondragon

Chief Technology Officer

Todd leads the design and development of the platform and its core capabilities. He also has responsibility for product development and direction. He brings strong technical expertise in software engineering, systems design and product development, with a focus on building scalable solutions to complex technical challenges.

He is responsible for the development of the current iCoriolis MVP, translating architectural concepts into working systems and ensuring that the platform can evolve into a robust and scalable product.

He works closely with the architecture and security functions to ensure that the platform is not only technically capable, but aligned with the demands of secure, regulated environments.

Simon Adlem

Chief Architecture and Security Officer

Simon is responsible for the design, security and governance of the platform’s architecture and serves as Chief Information Security Officer for the organisation. He brings extensive experience across enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering and security architecture, with a particular focus on highly regulated environments where data protection, resilience and operational assurance are critical.

His background includes hands-on work in Linux-based systems, networking and secure platform engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for his architectural and security leadership. Simon originally trained within the healthcare sector before moving into technology during the early commercial internet era, giving him an appreciation of both clinical environments and complex technical systems.

In recent work with a global clinical development organisation, he led the design and implementation of a comprehensive information security and governance framework aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. This included architectural standards, data classification models, cryptographic controls and formal governance structures to support secure and scalable operations. He has also contributed to projects across government and regulated sectors, including environments with stringent national-level security and compliance requirements.

His focus is on transforming complex technical implementations into secure, governed and deployable platforms that can withstand real-world scrutiny.
